Hi Gotham,

Please join us next Monday, October 30 at noon.  Encores is a unique
group.  We look beyond the usual focus on building business.
Getting older is inevitable.  But, the attitudes and expectations for the
reality that we must all face opens up a world of relationships,
perspectives, experiences, and information that are vital to maximizing our
lives.

After greeting each other this Monday, we will have a brief discussion on
"What is Old"?  We would like to hear your viewpoints.
Then Roger Kahn, an Encores member, will tell us his inspiring and
incredible story.  Roger, a lifelong competitive swimmer, had his heart
stop beating four times last November.
Fortunately, it restarted on its own each time.  Once it stopped while he
was in his car, once while brushing his teeth and twice the next day while
on an
operating table.
Roger's doctors were not sure whether he would be able to return to his
previous swimming regimen.
But, "spoiler alert" Roger was able to get back to it, compete, and win.

Come and hear his story of returning to top form.  Roger will also share
important information about his nutrition, exercise, and medication.
