[Fredslist] phone purgatory

Hi Gotham:

This is my second plea.  My home phone number has cut out and is not
working at all.   Before I ditch it completely, which I am not ready to do,
does anyone know of a Manhattan consultant who can come to my home and
trouble shoot  that phone?   Al Fecci, an earlier Gotham contact ,does not
