[Fredslist] Looking for PERSONAL Experience in bringing family member home from rehab for hospice

Folks,

My mom has been in the hospital & rehab for the past 7 months

We are considering bringing her home for rehabilitation (improving her quality of life) OR under Hospice care (her Doc says she has less than 6 months to live)

I am looking to speak with Gotham members who have dealt with caring for a parent and have experience with bringing a parent home under either scenario.
