[Fredslist] Help needed for Microsoft Outlook email cannot send emails

Good Morning Gothamites,My tech guy is baffled as all of a sudden I/we can receive but not send nor respond to emails.
No human answers the microsoft help line 877-696-7786.  They push uou to online w Q&A suggestions.see below for the response we get when trying to send emails.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated:1. A contact person or phone#2. direct assistance
