I’m planning on making a small investment in an upcoming Broadway show (yes, I know the odds are poor, but after living in NYC all these years I have to try once).

I’ve gotten a bunch of investor documents but I’ve never seen them before and have a bunch of questions –

Do you know of an Entertainment Lawyer who can read them and go over them with me this week?

I don’t need someone to negotiate them, I just need someone to review them and discuss them with me.
