Hello Gothamites,

A perfect start for 2023 is in store for all who attend the ENCORES meeting
on January 30 at Noon.

Dr. Susan Meyer, a Life Architect and Strategist will be the Encores
spotlight speaker.  Dr. Meyer is a new
Encores member. And, she is an author and an experienced business and life
coach.

Dr. Meyer will give us insights on "Building a Wise, Wild, and Wonderful
Life".

Creating the life you want is an ongoing, never ending process as our
needs, desires, and dreams change over the decades.
Dr. Meyer started interviewing women over fifty in 2013 and has just
finished interviewing another 25 over seventy. This, combined
with several decades of coaching has led to a clear set of strategies to
help all of us create and maintain a wise, wild, and wonderful life.
These include:

      Know your personal history and how it has influenced you
      Know your skills and challenges
      Remain curious and open to possibilities-say, "Why Not?"
      Be resilient and persistent
      Maintain and expand relationships
      Explore and experiment
