[Fredslist] Help with Verizon!

HELP! I am having a problem with Verizon and one of their affiliates (those “fake” Verizon stores). They signed me up for something which turned out to be not what they said, costing me a lot, and I can’t even get a responsible person to talk with. 

Does anyone know anyone at Verizon?

Or is there any kind of government agency that could help?
