Since everyone is eager to hear the results of Gotham's Seasons of Giving, Rookie of the Year, and Networkers of the Year, here goes:

First, let us extend hearty congratulations to Rookie of the Year Dominick Ciccarelli, and our two new Networkers of the Year, Crysti Farra and Odey Raviv. The Red Bandana Award given in memory of "the Man in the Red Bandana", Welles Remy Crowther, who died a hero on 9/11 after saving 18 souls, was bestowed upon, drumroll please... Corey Bearak. Congratulations to all of you...Well done!

There were so many deserving charities for Gotham's Seasons of Giving. The $30,000 tax deductible donations were, by far, a Gotham record! The names of the five winners are selected at random, by Michael J. Garibaldi. Fred has the pictures! This year's Season's of Giving winners are:

Autism Speaks - Selected by Lou Capelli of PPD & G. Founded in 2005, Autism Speaks is dedicated to creating an inclusive world for all individuals with autism throughout their lives. They do this through advocacy, services, support, research and innovation, and advances in care for individuals and their families. 86 cents of every dollar goes towards research, advocacy, programs and services.

Tunnel To Towers Foundation - Selected by Michael Tublin of Wenkroy International LLC. The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. They also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.

Magen David Odom- Selected By Jill Epstein of UBS. Magen David Odom is Israel's national emergency response, blood services, and disaster relief organization, much like our Red Cross. They provide humanitarian aid, disaster relief, ambulance and blood services throughout Israel, responding to bombings, rocket attacks, and other mass casualty emergencies.

Service Now For Adult Persons (SNAP) - Selected by Rob Intelisano the Insurance Doctor. Founded in 1980, SNAP provides senior citizens with activities, counseling and meals at three locations within Queens, and delivery of meals to homebound Senior Citizens.

Sesame Flyers - Selected by Ray Walcott of Business Outreach Center. Sesame Flyers provides a range of youth development, cultural, social welfare and support services to individuals and families in Brooklyn. They understand that part of loving children means presenting them with opportunities to acquire knowledge, skills, technology and equipment to prepare them for life's challenges. Their goal of youth empowerment is achieved and maintained through structured programs designed to address the needs of children, their families and the community.

So there you have it! Congratulations to everyone! Yay!

Happy Networking!
