[Fredslist] looking for VNS contacts

Hi Gothamites,Looking like my mother will be discharged today and now a scramble for home care/medicare/paperwork etc.
We are considering: 1. CenterLight home care who has a contract with Brooklyn Methodist.  Medicare only covers 10-12 hours and we/she needs help pronto.
2. VNS aka visiting nurse services a provaye pay until Medicare kicks in.
Does anyone have:A. a contact person w VNSB. an experience positive or negative w VNSC. An alternative to VNS who can come to Rockaway beach tomorrow?
