Bruce's, seminar was great!  Thank you Bruce.

His “steps of Risk Management” were excellent with very relevant examples.  

Bruce is the best insurance expert I know and what he said about the words “additional” & “named” insured was absolutely correct.  On parting (I had to leave before the webinar was finished) I said I disagreed with him about these.  I apologize to Bruce…. bad way to leave though maybe a little more lively than just saying good bye… smile.
