Westchester held our October meeting this morning. In a breakout session we
all worked on our taglines.  Ed Cronin of Cronin Capital, a commercial real
estate brokerage, took our member spotlight and focused on commercial real
estate owners who inherited properties or who otherwise don't focus their
full energy on being landlords.  In Ed's words, "I advise, I partner, I
