[Fredslist] Paying escrow into court

Hi all -

I am holding in escrow a buyer's downpayment in a real estate matter and there is an issue between buyer and seller with returning the funds to buyer.  I am entitled to pay the escrow funds over to a court of law and was wondering if any of my Gotham lawyers or any lawyers you know would be able to advise the steps necessary to do so.
