[Fredslist] need some help finding apartment NYC

Gotham ,
My daughter just go a job north of the city and wants to get an apartment in the city. Any help would be most appreciated.  She is looking northwestern Manhattan: Morningside Heights, Manhatanville, Inwood, etc. Ideally  2 bedrooms (1-2 bathrooms), Parking in building or relatively nearby will need to drive to work (ideally with ability to charge she has a tesla but not required). Not the world's smallest apartment and not the ground floor. A doorman would be nice (would ease her father's stress).
