[Fredslist] Cannes ... Sundance ... Gotham...

According to one article I read, film festivals have been around for over a century. In another, I read that the first international film fest was held in 1952. Cannes opens this month and there are over 500 film festivals exiting around the world. 

Truth be told, I do not really care … there is only one film festival I am focused on right now - The Gotham Film Festival which is going to be held this year on June 16th at 6pm. 

We are looking for submissions and your can be part of it all.  

It will be a virtual event making it available to anyone anywhere. And you have an opportunity to participate as a competitor or by nominating someone else. 

Who do you know that has a short film and a desire to gain recognition and the possibility of a $1,000 cash prize?  Information and rules re below.
