Have you ever met Han Hanson … like really spoken with him? 

Most of you have heard me at meetings say, “the fun is the follow up.” I know some in business who say, “the fortune is in the follow up.” Fun is fortune. And some follow ups are worth writing “home” about.

My two sons played sports in high school and college; I coached high school volleyball and I worked in higher education. I wish I had known Hans back in those days; I am glad I know him now. 

His commitment to his students and their success goes way beyond helping them fill out forms and set up interviews. He shares a particular slice of life with them; guiding, advising, protecting, and comforting them as they ride the college admissions rollercoaster. 

Hans is warm, funny and has stories that kept me completely enthralled as he drew parallels between the college admissions process and business. I certainly came away from the conversation with plenty to think about. 

And ask him about his music! Yes, there is more to Hans Hanson than you would know from reading his profile.
