[Fredslist] Need for Commercial Rent Space in Crown Heights, Brooklyn to House Non-Profit

Good afternoon Gothamites:  One of my nonprofits, who operates two Brooklyn-based City-funded senior citizen day-care centers, is searching for suitable space to house a potential third center which is to be located in the Crown Heights area.  Typically this would include a need to house at least 100 participants daily and have a functional kitchen to prepare congregate daily meals (breakfast, lunch) for the older adult community.  A street-level or elevator facility is required.  Program is to begin operating July 1, 2022.
