Sure, it’s not always easy being Green. But there are solutions and Gotham Green® is the place to learn and share what can is being done in the sustainability space. 

Join Gotham Green® along with the Construction Group in a joint Zoom meeting June 14th at Noon. 

In addition to the usual schmoozing and networking, we will hear a special presentation by Co-chair Josh Zinder, AIA LEED AP NCARB Managing Partner, JZA+D, "Achieving Sustainability and Affordability in Housing.” He will discuss how, in the world of sustainability, there is a gap - it is about equity, affordability and the integrity of our urban and suburban environments. He will cover the gap between single family homes and mid rise apartment structures as the Missing Middle and the potential solution to many of our residential societal challenges and a path to long term sustainability.
