[Fredslist] Referral Needed - International Banking Attorney

Hi All -

I am looking for an attorney that might be able to help one of my clients. My client has money tied up in a Lebanese bank (Blom Bank);  he is Lebanese but a US Citizen and lives here in the states. The bank is not authorizing the release of his funds due to the economic crisis in the country. The client is seeking to understand their legal rights and put a plan in place to take action.

Any leads or referrals would be greatly appreciated...
