Hello Gotham,

We will have our last meeting of the summer on July 25 at noon.

Join us as we discuss very important topics to all of us.  Maintaining memory is an issue that faces most adults as we climb the age ladder.
Staying as healthy as possible to thrive is a common goal.  Focusing on either exercise or diet is not sufficient.

Be part of the conversation and come meet the members of Encores.  We are a group that is looking forward to the possibilities and realities of what comes next!
