The ABA's Solo/Small Firm and Family Law Litigation Committees are
presenting a free program this Thursday.
The presentation will provide information that will enable attorneys to
determine the valuation approach and standards that are suitable and in the
best interests of their clients, depending on the type of transaction
involved or the issues being litigated. It will include some examples of
business valuation, as it pertains to various legal matters including, but
not limited to, divorce; sale or purchase of a business or business
interest; buy/sell agreements; estate, gift, and income taxes.
