[Fredslist] jury duty

Good Morning Gotham:

I have served on juries in New York City many, many times.  I  just
received a letter requesting my service from New York County for the NYS
Unified Court System. I believe I am above the age where my service is
mandatory. and would like to be excused. There is an email address to
respond to but I have no confidence that I will hear back.  What should I
do?    I'd prefer NOT to have to appear in person to notify them.
