[Fredslist] Microsoft Support Contact

Greetings, Fellow Gothamites -

I recently purchased a SurfacePro 8, which has been nothing but trouble since it arrived.  I have spent an incredible amount of time with Microsoft tech support, and it seems that the consensus is that the machine needs to be replaced.  Unfortunately, while I was determined to sort this out today, I ended upon getting disconnected at least a dozen times, whether on purpose or due to an amazingly bad phone system, I do not know.  What I do know is that I am at my wits end.

Does anyone have any senior contact at Microsoft support?  Preferably here is the U.S.?  I'm not looking for any special treatment; I am just looking to be able to speak with someone who can resolve this matter without constantly telling me that I need a different department, and then getting disconnected.
