[Fredslist] Speech Therapist for TBI patient

Gotham – 3 months ago I banged my head in the middle of the night which resulted in a TBI.

I have been losing words since then – I’m not sure that is a technical phase so what is happening is that I think of a thing I want to mention, but can’t remember the name of it – for example – I may think of a table, but can’t remember the word “table” and I end up describing it as the thing we eat at, 4 legs, wood on top.

I need a speech therapist who can help me deal with this.  I live and work in Manhattan.
