[Fredslist] Need a rehab facility that accepts tracheostomy patients

My mom received tracheostomy& peg surgery 3 weeks ago in the hospital.

I'm looking for an EXCELLENT rehab facility that takes care of patients with
tracheostomy & peg tubes.

If you have a connection or contact at the facility that can help us find a bed for her, that would be awesome.
