[Fredslist] Does anyone know how to get a package out of customs?

I ordered medication from a Canadian pharmacy and have been tracking the
package.  It's been sitting in NY customs since November 18th.  I expected
delivery by then.  Does anyone have any contacts or any inside info on how
to get this package delivered?
