Going into the holiday season you might be starting to think about what you are thankful for, both in your personal and professional life. As I think about it there is a long list to be thankful for, but I wanted to take a moment to highlight “The Gotham family”.  I am confident we all agree that the Gotham family should be at the top of your list this time of year. Its all the friends you make in all the various groups. Its all the times you needed something and remembered to ask fredslist and not only did you get it, but you got it from 5 different people within an hour. It’s the ability to pick up the phone and reach out to someone you know is an expert on that topic, get an unbiased answer, feedback, or opinion. It’s the lunches, the high fives at the Yankee/Met game, the annual golf outing, the laughs, and the RELATIONSHIPS you build over the years. It doesn’t happen overnight; it takes years of effort and time to build those relationships and from relationships comes opportunities. Let’s not forget the Gotham Mantra – People do business with people they know, like and trust and what comes around goes around. Let’s all be thankful for the Gotham family we are a part of. Let’s all look to be more engaged in 2023 and lets all think of a way to help and give to someone else in 2023. Make an introduction for another, pick up the phone and put down the keyboard. Go to a breakfast or lunch and lets all look to build a stronger relationship in the New Year.
