[Fredslist] epson scanner

Hello Gotham:

Does anybody have a good contact on the technical side of Epson?  My
scanner is old and is now on the fritz. I'd really like to know if it can
be fixed or if I need a new one.   Alternatively, are there any of you who
have a good technical repairperson who will troubleshoot with someone who
speaks English as well as technicalese?
