Hello Gotham members: I know we have attorneys in the group that specialize in Trusts for a Special Needs Child. My dear friend Jennifer is seeking someone to help her set up a trust for her teenage son Jayden, and to assist as an Advocate for special needs services with NYC Public schools. They have waited months for an IEP and really need help to get the services Jayden needs and is entitled to as a NYC resident. As renters Jennifer and her husband Niko do not have limitless assets; they will compare attorneys to find someone who fits within their budget.
