[Fredslist] HELP! Zoom and Mac advice

Can I get some advice about webcams? I do seminars on Zoom and I have a fairly new MacBook Air computer. The picture is not sharp, grainy, resolution not great. How can I improve this? Do I need to get a separate webcam?. 

I would greatly appreciate any thoughts, advice, info, etc.
