[Fredslist] Need Recommendation for Contractor for Small Job in NYC

Hi All,

I need some work done on the ceiling in my bedroom in my UES coop.  The
ceiling needs to be scrapped, prepped, primed and painted.  It is just 1
room.

I would appreciate it if anyone can share a recommendation for a
trustworthy and good contractor.
