Please help me give a big warm welcome to one of Gotham's newest members,
Daniel Stock.



Dan Stock is the founding member of Daniel H. Stock, PLLC, a New York City
law firm handling all aspects of divorce, custody, child support, alimony,
and property division in the New York metropolitan area.



Dan was admitted to the New York Bar and Federal District courts of the
Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1985, and for the past 25
years had devoted his practice to only matrimonial and family law cases.
He has appeared hundreds of times in the Supreme and Family Courts of New
York, Queens, Kings, Richmond, Bronx, Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, and
Columbia Counties.



Dan is a member of the New York State Bar and New York City Bar
Associations, where he is a 4-term member of the Matrimonial Law
Committee.  Dan is an Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) evaluator on the New
York State Supreme Court Early Neutral Evaluation panel and his published
appellate decisions include Blake v. Blake, 156 A.D.3d 523 (1st Dep’t
2017), and Blake v. Blake, 164 A.D.3d 1111 (1st Dep’t 2018).  Dan has given
webinars, live lectures and radio addresses to numerous audiences for the
past 25 years, and his scholarly articles on divorce law have been
published in The New York Law Journal.”
