Good Afternoon Gotham!

My daughter Danielle will be returning to work in Manhattan this month and is looking to move into the city to make for an easier commute.  She will be working from home 2-3 days a week so she will need some space for a home office, therefore a 1 bedroom at a minimum would be ideal.  A dishwasher in the unit is a must, as well as laundry in the building. A doorman is preferred for her Mother's peace of mind.  Her budget is under $3K a month, but you'd be surprised how difficult it has been to find something, given the recent influx of renters back to Manhattan.  She is open to any neighborhood, with the exception of Hell's Kitchen, Chinatown and Battery Park City, and would like to stay below 96th Street.
