[Fredslist] Ideas? Assistance? Information?

I was introduced to a young man who was recently released from prison. He is eager to get his life in order - has his GED, is working at several jobs, and has some fitness training clients.

His first goal is to find a full time job in maintenance or construction and then to be able to get into a trade. 

Catherine De La Isla from Commonpointe Queens is doing her part. Who else can help? All ideas are welcome.
