[Fredslist] Help with a challenging life insurance policy

Hello Gothamites,

 

My client is looking for help, finding life insurance policy on the father
of her little son. This is the situation:

 

*	They are not on speaking terms. 
*	She's looking for a policy that he doesn't have to sign for.
*	She wants to find a term policy to give her son something since the
father hasn't contributed anything towards their son's life. 
*	He has no health issues.

 

Is this possible? I know nothing about life insurance. If you have the
solution, please let me know and I'll pass it on to her.
