[Fredslist] Need advice about approaching unions

Hi All,
As a virtual emergency room service or another way of saying it is emergency room on zoom, I work with organizations that are self-insured which include unions.
I could use a little advice about approaching unions and any warm intros you guys might be willing to share to get advice too.
