[Fredslist] Will the Real Norman Spizz Please ...

We got as close as we could to having the illustrious Norman Spizz (SPN Music and Entertainment) live at the Happy Hour. We had a Zoom Box with his name – it was, in reality, occupied by Alan Kreit (Sr Lending Officer/Bank of America) who also filled in with jokes - such as they were.

Thank you to Scott Bloom (Bloom Real Estate Group) who did his best to run the room; he made sure to capture the chat which you will never see if you were not there. As my grandson once said “Too bad – so sad!”  This chronicler will add only that Scott wins for worst joke EVAH!

So the conversation went from the ridiculous – panty raids and being expelled from Girl Scouts to the sublime. On the sublime end of the spectrum we heard from C.Rawls who works with Raj. He told of a serious need he found when faced with “disadvantaged" kids who were too hungry to learn. He took the time and “advantaged” them with cooking skills because, as he pointed out, “kids shouldn’t have to choose between feeding their gut and feeding their brain.” Wow!

And to there you have it! Next week Norman will be back in his own Zoom Box, Alan will have to find another identity. Perhaps Richard Apat (Vishnick, McGovern, Millzio) who came to Happy Hour for the first time will hop on his Kentucky Mule and make Happy Hour a habit.
