[Fredslist] Gotham Virtual is on the COME UP!

Virtual Gotham definitely on the come-up! 30 Zoom boxes – members, guests and circuit riders all present and ready to grow. Brad Scherer (Klerer Financial) displayed his prowess as moderator moving us through 90 minutes of networking and offering each a time to share what they focus on and how we can help them. It’s no wonder Brad is successful in helping his clients navigate the complexities of benefit plans – cool, calm and in charge all the way!
Ray Walcott (Sr Business Relationship Manager/Capitol One Bank) has mastered the art of the breakout rooms! Ray, the Group Coordinator, never wavers when it comes to making sure we have a valuable networking experience. With two screens of interesting people, it was wonderful to be able to break into small groups and get to chat a bit more intimately about our post-pandemic plans.

We had plenty of guests – Paula Oleska (Natural Intelligence Systems) brought four! Circuit Riders joined in the fun as well. Gotham Virtual is definitely a great stop along the circuit. The next meeting will be April 12th at noon.

I loved the number of shout-outs – especially for one of our rookie members, Mindy Stern(AIM Resource Group) who has already made her mark as a trusted referral. This group is not stingy on the love, that’s for sure. Mindy turned it right back around with kudos to member Cayce Crown(Crown View) for an explosively powerful video designed to help Mindy grow her business coaching practice which includes everything from Linkedin Profile Optimization, interview preparation, Resume Development and Job Search Techniques.

Mitch Tobol (CGT Marketing) took the stage and as always crammed more nuggets in his presentation than I could capture with pen and paper. We learned about how the Gotham Website is part of our social media strategy and is worthy of some attention. Do yourself a favor and meet Mitch one on one and see how he can help you with your social media and marketing strategies. We have amazing tools at our fingertips so we might as well maximize how we put them to use.

A major point from Mitch is that engagement is everything! That’s true on social media and it’s true in Gotham. So get involved, ride the circuit, meet people and you will see the depth and breadth that this community has to offer.
