[Fredslist] Laws work i peculiar ways!

“Why does Shelley Simpson care about the new marijuana law?” you might wonder. 

I live in NYC and keep my windows open. I have no issue with liberalizing the law relative to "pot," but as is sometimes the case, there are unintended consequences. 

Pot smokers linger in front of my townhouse - many of them still on the job as evidenced by their hardhats, tool belts or uniforms. How scary is THAT! Their smoke wafts upward into my apartment. 

I wondered if I have to endure the smell of pot which I find as noxious as tobacco - perhaps worse. It made sense to ask someone who would know my rights. Thank you Riva Schwartz for sharing this recent article with me.
