[Fredslist] Incentive to actually show up to an interview

Good morning Gotham,

I'm not sure if other industries are facing this, but I am having a hard
time people showing up to their assigned Interview. I post on Indeed or my
internal webiste, call them, confirm a face to face interview, and they day
shows and they don't. I was wondering if anyone had any tips in preventing
this. I hate to say to I need to offer an Incentive for just showing up?🤔

If you happen to know anyone one brave enough I do have 2 Manhattan Night
routes open, 1 Brooklyn/Queens route, and 1 bed bug heat helper.
