[Fredslist] Need a Miracle

I’m in a 5th floor walkup - fridge broke a month ago and nobody will deliver. While my landlord is in search of a clue, I am looking for help. 

I managed to bring up a 39 pound mini-fridge in the interim, but need suggestions as to where to find and 10 CU ft fridge/freezer and someone to bring it up.
