Jane Beddall, M.A., J.D., is the founder and principal of *Dovetail
Resolutions, LLC*, and a mediator, consultant, and certified CINERGY®
Conflict Management Coach. Jane is also a certified Conflict Dynamics
Profile® Practitioner. Her work focuses on preserving and improving
relationships in extended families, family enterprises, and savvy
businesses. Jane holds Certificates in Family Wealth Advising and Family
Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute. She serves on the
Professional Advisory Board and faculty of the New York City Family
Enterprise Center (NYCFEC).

Jane enjoys speaking and writing on conflict-related topics. In January
2019, she launched the weekly podcast *Crafting Solutions to Conflict *~
providing a practical and positive perspective on conflict, available
through popular listening apps and its dedicated website.
