The lack of coordination – the disjointedness between the City and State, the City and providers giving the shots, the different providers is an outrage.

They had since March to figure out how to get this done.

As someone who may have to wait until the summer or fall – I find the chaos infuriating

It is not automatic although it should be.  Some are and some are not.  Also may depend on whether you received Pfizer or Moderna. My in-laws were automatically scheduled for the 2nd shot, I was not.

If you get the 1st shot, you automatically get scheduled for the 2nd shot.

My parents got it yesterday and they are scheduled for the followup in 3 weeks.
