Kelly is an experienced CPA, CITP, CGMA., working in public practice. Kelly
has more than 20 years of diversified public accounting experience with a
concentration in auditing, IT audit, and accounting. She is the Firm’s IT
Audit Practice Leader and has extensive experience working with clients to
meet their SOC 1 (System and Organization Controls), SOC 2, and SOC 3
needs. Kelly leads the Hospitality Industry practice in CohnReznick's New

Eugene started his career in finance as a proprietary equities trader and
continued growing for nearly a decade, leading up to and through post '08
Financial Crisis, before changing roles and going into consumer banking. In
that role, he specialized and became a business banker.

What gave Eugene the great satisfaction was when he would see the value of
saving his clients time and money by creating tailored solutions so that
they could focus better on running their business and have more time to
truly enjoy what was most important to them—their family, friends, and
passions.

It was also during that critical time where he personally experienced
several life events that eventually brought him to Morgan Stanley—a drastic

networking evangelism to train and coach others. In all his LinkedIn
training and coaching, he offers professionals (many of whom are

Marc is the Gotham 2009 co-Networker of the Year, has GC’d numerous groups

for Gotham and the Gotham Foundation for the past 15 years.
