And we’re off!  The first official Gotham Group meeting of 2021 with the Real Estate Group. Thank you Scott Bloom (Bloom Real Estate Group) and Alan Kreit (Bank of America) for a great start to the year!  

Corey Bearak (Government and Public Affairs Counsel) shared important, helpful and interesting tips for making the most of Fredslist and PromoList. Corey is ever-vigilant making sure we optimize the value of our posts.

Happy 135th Birthday to Tom Gallin (John Gallin and Son) - not actually Tom - the family business turned 135 years old and brings 5 generations of construction expertise to the table. WOW!

There was plenty of trade talk, sports talk, a visit from Alan’s puppy and a happy ending to a pilfered puppy story from James Periconi (Periconi LLC). 

It was a typical Gotham mashup of marvelous moments.
