As many of you know, Gotham offers many valuable ways to connect with other
members in both formal and informal ways.

 

The Gotham Mentoring Program has been in place for many years and has been a
great asset to many of our members. It offers the opportunity to pair two
members in varied and dynamic ways. Matches can be made between:

                                 1- experienced and newer members

                                 2- members who work in similar professions

                                 3- those with different careers and
interests

 

If you are unaware of, and have not yet taken advantage of this valuable
Gotham perk, consider the ways it could benefit you:   

                                 1- Have someone advocate for and advise you
both in 

                                     Gotham and In other aspects of your
life

                                 2- Help you reflect on your actions and
decisions

                                 3- Provide networking suggestions and
navigational tools.

                                 4- Share dynamic listening, feedback and
encouragement

 

We have made four successful matches in the last two weeks!
