[Fredslist] Needed: NJ Independent property appraiser for insurance claim

I am looking for an independent appraiser to assist me with a claim against Allstate Insurance Company under my property and casualty insurance policy for property insured in the State of New Jersey.  My personal property was damaged in a house fire, and I am in a dispute with Allstate.  The value of the claim is about $20,000.  Does anyone know a NJ independent property appraiser that could assist me?  This is in Medford, Burlington County New Jersey (south Jersey).
