Hello Gotham members: I hope you can circulate this and hopefully together we can get someone an HR job by Monday morning!

I need an urgent Temp to Hire HR Generalist; ideally to start Monday. They will Zoom interview. Must have at least 3 years HR exp., with a degree, and experience recruiting. Client ideally wants some benefits experience but will consider without.  The person must be an excellent writer to assist with employee write ups. The corp is a large residential RE & Construction Dev. w midtown HQ, 700+ employees in 5 states (most work at the multiple properties they own in NYC ). Due to Covid the first two weeks the person will work midtown to learn their processes; then will only be in the office one day a week until further notice. Wants a person to grow with them, adding head count in HR; VP + 3 others right now. Start Monday at a Temp pay of $28-32 per hour, BOE, and Perm salary $65-70K. Hours are 8:30-5:30 with 1 hour lunch, thus paid for 40 hours as Temp but it’s an Exempt role once Perm. Full specs enclosed; email me resumes ASAP please!
