[Fredslist] Raj opines while Sharon works - what's up with that?

Thank you Raj Goel (Brainlink International) for your editorial comment (more on this later) regarding events after this chronicler left Happy hour last Friday. It was captured by and generously shared by Corey Bearak (Government and Public Affairs Counsel, Author, etc)  And thank you Kelly Welles for the appellation “chronicler” which goes quite well with the descriptive shelleygram™ from Fred Klein (Klein Zelman Rothermel Jacobs and Schess.)

Last Friday Happy Hour started with a brief Zoom tutorial from Cayce Crown (Videographer/The Crown View) who has a  different perspective than most when it comes to video. That said, I think we all agree that a whole head is better than half, and an inside view of our nasal passage is better shared with an ENT.

Norman Spizz (SPN Music and Entertainment) shared another clip of the 2004 Gotham Follies featuring Fred “Sullivan” Klein (Our Delegator in Chief) who handed the mic to Norman who turns out to be not only a standup guy, he’s an engaging standup comic. He shared a plethora of purloined persiflage – some tending toward the blue – imagine THAT!

The video was out of focus and a tad bit out of sync, but Norman’s standup was anything but that. His timing was focused like a laser beam to the funny bone as evidence by our resident "laugh track" RitaSue Siegel (RitaSue Siegel Resources.)

It was an evening filled with nostalgia and a hint of naughtiness. Advice flowed freely on everything from A~Z - alcoholic beverages to Zoom protocol and lots in between. Tales of events - current and past -  were as much a part of the conversation as vax-talk which will at some point take its place among our memories. 

Alan Kreit (Sr. Lending Officer/Bank of America) added some innuendo that was too HOT to share with anyone but Norman.  Nancy Schess (Klein Zelman Rothermel and Schess) provided a peek at her family’s propensity toward the wild and crazy which they kept under wraps for Steve and Eydie’s wedding.  The “Naked City” had nothing on Gotham when it comes to stories.

Below are photos that capture some of what went on; the only way to really know what happens at Happy Hour is to join us.  The photo of Raj reminds this chronicler (like I need reminding?!) that with all the stressors and strains, pressures, and potholes of life, it’s on each of us to take some time to let it go – be silly! Have fun! Work if you must - note Sharon Goel working tirelessly as Raj opines. There’s no better source of Friday frivolity than with your Gotham Community!
