I received and read and thus share information on COVID-19 testing sites in NYC, LI & Westchester, and some additional information on vaccinations (including at home). VACCINATIONS:
*As municipal service for New York City residents, the City of New York is offering FREE COVID-19 vaccinations at home or work for individuals, families, and organizations. Zeel is offering free COVID-19 first shots, second shots, and booster shots, delivered to your home and paid for by the NYC Department of Health.
All NYC residents age 18 and above are eligible.
A Patient Care Coordinator will follow up to schedule your appointment. For booster shots, note that you can book an appointment up to 90 days out, so look up the date of your last shot, add 6 months, and get the booster shot on your calendar. Also note that appointments can be scheduled for one person or multiple people in a household.

Two state sites will open Wednesday on Long Island: at IBEW Local 25 in Hauppauge and  Hours for the IBEW site when fully operational will be Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

WESTCHESTER

Westchester County has partnered with Quadrant Bio Sciences to offer FREE PCR COVID-19 testing at the Westchester County Center starting Wednesday, December 29. 
	BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  — – NO walk-ins. 
	Appointments will only be available 3 days in advance. 
	Testing is for anyone experiencing symptoms or anyone 
		who has been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. 
	The testing is not for travel. Testing is available for all ages, including children and infants.

	Testing will be conducted through the below schedule:
	Jan. 3, Noon –- 4 p.m.
