New family member wanted!

Hey all, my roommate and I are looking for someone to occupy the third room of our Astoria apt. The room is for single occupancy, and we are a pet-free building. Room dimensions are approximately 10 ft by 10 ft with ample closet space. Open and spacious common area and kitchen. The apartment is right off of Astoria Blvd and is equidistant between the N/Q and R/M lines (about a 10 minute walk to either). Our block is super quiet and family oriented and our land lady lives downstairs. She will require a proof of employment. Rent is $950 per month for the room plus utilities which we split evenly 3 ways.



The Nabe:

Fantastic neighborhood with C-Town / Keyfood less than 5 / 7 minutes walking distance and a laundromat and bodega on the corner!



We are:

Sabrina (she / her) is a professional programmer who often works from home. She likes Discord and video games.

Battles (she / her) is an actress who works as a personal trainer out of her room. She loves DnD, board games, travel shows, and loves all things nerdy! She is SUPER neat and her #1 request is that the new roommate is extremely tidy in shared spaces and helps with cleaning.

Both of us are in our 30s.

Male/Female/Non-Binary with a fun, uplifting attitude and a responsible and collaborative spirit towards communal living. We pride ourselves on strong communication skills and being able to overcome obstacles smoothly and respectfully and want to find someone who will compliment us.
